I'm David Hasenauer, an attorney and operator based in Valdosta, Georgia. Most of my legal and development work runs between Georgia and Florida.
I was an Army infantryman before law school. That's still the operating system: define the objective, build the plan, execute, adjust.
I counsel operating companies, advise cities on Opportunity Zone work, and run businesses of my own: hospitality in downtown Valdosta, construction on the Florida coast, a regulated consumer brand, and AI agent systems we use internally before we sell the work.
The through-line is ownership. The law degree is most useful in the room where decisions get made. Off the clock I'm a husband, a father, and a youth baseball coach; Kasandra and I also homeschool our kids.
